Rehab

Rehab is a London digital agency that are leading the way in using voice, messaging, AR, web-based products, and service design in ways that impact our lives. They had a number of new positions to hire as a result of new client wins.

THE SOLUTION

To help align and formulate the leadership teams requirements for these roles, we ran structured benchmarking sessions for the stakeholders, where they evaluated personas that we created from the job spec across four set criteria. The scores were then compared and justified, any discrepancies ironed out, and they then negotiated against common goals so that we could all agree on what was required. From this data we were able to successfully place senior hires.

We hired across other key disciplines through search. We ensured that the process was managed effectively by updating and optimising an applicant tracking system that Rehab was already using.
